DO NOT GET YOUR IMAGING DONE HERE!!!! They will charge you over 16 times what a physician office charges!! A $25 X-ray image will cost you nearly $400 AT THIS FACILITY!

My MD said any Baptist Diagnostic Center would have my order but I went to the one in Richmond and was told they only do lab work for the doctors in their building so I called this location on Alysheba to make sure they had the order before driving there. I had to leave a message when I was transferred to the lab. I left a message on Friday before Labor Day around 1 pm and did not get a call back. I left another message the Tuesday after Labor Day at 8:30 am and never got a call back. It is now 10 am the next day (Wednesday) with no return call so I finally called the doctor and had it tranferred to Labcorp. Bad experience and bad customer service.
ADDING THIS INFO at 10:50 Wednesday: At 10 am this morning I called the Alysheba lab to let whomever answered the phone know that I had left messages with no return calls. She tranferred me to "Robin" the supervisor at the main hospital and the phone rang and rang and rang for probably 50 rings and finally hung itself up. I assume whomever I spoke with (she said she was in x-ray) went back and told the lab folks that I had called and why because I just got a call from them. I told her I had already transferred it to Labcorp.

I am sorry to share a bad experience with this specific office! I called to find out about my lab work and all I got was rude people, bad attitude, I think they hate to be working there. Talked to 3 persons and you can tell they were trying to avoid to check on their computer for my information. I was away from my computer driving and didnt have a computer with me.
Terrible office!! Terrible people working there!!
