I wanted to thank Jamie, assistant to Dr D. Hamilton at Andover Clinic & Gretchen in the business office. They resolved a complicated insurance situation and remained patient and professional. I really appreciated their help.

I like Lexington Clinic Andover. I highly recommend this place for family practice. A group of family physicians who truly care about their patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Ziegler for about 3 years. I was being discharged as a patient because I had missed some appointments over the course of a year. It wasn't because I just missed them and didn't call back and reschedule; it was mostly because I had to cancel. They didn't care about the reasons why I couldn't make it. My reasons were valid. After discharge, you are allowed emergency care for 30 days as a form of a grace period until you can find a new doctor. Well, during this time, I needed them to send in a document to my employer that they had sent in the past for me. I knew I needed to be seen for this. Not only would they not allow me to see my doctor, they took more than 2 weeks to send in a letter, and as a result, I lost my job. Staff wouldn't even let me see my doctor, or any doctor there, about medicine I was taking that wasn't working like it should. Basically, they refused care when I needed it. I don't recommend that anyone go to this location because all staff are unhelpful, unprofessional, and in my experience---heartless.
