    I cannot praise Dr Dawes and her support staff enough! Dawes, Lauren and Pete always have exceptional customer service and kindness when handling any pet I bring through the doors. These ladies always go above and beyond and I will continue to send anyone in need of a professional and empathetic team to care for their pets!

    I've never been to a vet like this. They cater to my dog's medical AND emotional needs with equal professionalism, knowledge, and understanding. We have been with them for over a year, he's pretty high-needs, and we love our care. He's a 9yo 85 lb Maremma rescue with arthritis and he continues to thrive under their care. He had cancer too!!!

    I would give zero stars but it made me give a star to be able to post this. About 3 weeks ago, we took our cat Ted to PetVet365 since he had not been eating, throwing up, and he had NOT been acting like himself. They acted like he was fine, gave him an anti-nausea shot and sent him home with some meds. They made us think that he would be fine. A day later, he still wasnt eating and was acting worse so we took him back in. They still werent acting like the situation was serious even though we were desperate at this point. Something was obviously wrong. Ted was only 2 years old. His legs were shaking, he was dehydrated, and he was obviously very sick. They shouldve told us to go to MedVet at this point but they didnt. They did an X-ray, blood test, and gave him fluids and another anti-nausea shot. Even though he definitely did not need another anti-nausea shot because he had stopped throwing up at this point. She told us that the X-ray showed that his kidneys looked larger than normal but couldnt tell us if anything was for sure wrong. Again, they sent us home and told us that they would call us the next morning with his blood results. The next day comes, we receive no call. While Im trying to get ahold of them, Ted starts breathing heavy and he cant walk. I am obviously freaking out, trying to get ahold of the doctor and they just keep telling me that shes in surgery. Once they finally put her on the phone, she then tells me the results of his blood test. His kidneys were failing and she told me that his prognosis didnt look good. Who knows, if she had told us this information earlier, or if she had referred us to MetVet earlier, or if they had taken my cats condition seriously to begin with, my poor babys outcome couldve turned out much differently. We immediately rushed him to MedVet and the vet there told us that Teds kidney levels were the worst hes ever seen, especially for him only being 2 years old. It was too late, he was simply out of time. He was in so much pain and he was screaming and throwing up from the pain. We had to put him down. It was absolutely heartbreaking and our home feels so empty without our sweet boy. I deeply regret trusting PetVet365 with the care of my kitty. I shouldve never taken him there. Bottom line, DO NOT EVER take your pet to PetVet365. All they care about is money and they simply are not qualified for serious situations!!! I do not want for any one elses pet or family to go through the horrible experience that we have been through. Please take your fur babies somewhere else!!!

    Truly amazing staff! Dr. Dawes has taken such amazing care, specifically of our senior cat Dela. She (and everyone on her staff) listens to our perspective and feedback and doesn't discount us. They also won't recommend things that are unnecessary for your pets.
