Lexington Urgent Care - New Circle Road

The overall visit was excellent. But I am angry that I was given a work excuse and the wrong date was put on it for me to return to work. I called and requested it be emailed to me or my boss, they said no, they are unable to do this. I ask if they could take a picture and send it to my phone, they said no. I ask if they could mail it to me, they said no. They made the mistake of putting the wrong date on it, and the only way they will give me the corrected work excuse is for me to drive to their clinic and pick up the note in person. I live in a different city and stopped by there on the way home from work yesterday. I'm really sick today, they dx. Me with covid. Why do they want me to drive there, feeling as sick as I am, covid is so easy to spread, why would they insist on me coming into the clinic, knowing I have covid? It seems that someone there does not care about me, the staff that work there, or the other patients in the clinic who would be exposed to covid if I came into the clinic. I will never go back to this clinic, and can not recommend it to anyone who ask., also, I work in a doctors office too., they can send me the note, there are so many ways to, they just won't.

Perfect place for working parents for any urgent care needs. Their hours are perfect, you never have to worry about it being after 5PM or a weekend! Great Drs who take the time to listen.
