Unprofessional and faked sending my prescription multiple times. Never got the medication.

The WORST. They don't listen to you at all. Zero empathy. I basically gave away $90 for a phone call that did not help whatsoever. Never going back, nor would I recommend. No stars! You can simply diagnose yourself and save time & money. Oh by the way, you sent my prescription to a pharmacy that's closed. Great job!

Worst experience/service I have ever received. They acted as if I was a burden to be in there. I simply wanted them to look at a skin irritation and they acted as if the world was ending. Didnt ask me any questions about it other than tell me whats going on I asked what they thought it COULD be and still no answers. They simply wanted to swab and send it off. Oh, I had to swab the area myself... Heaven forbid someone that knows what they are doing have to do it very unprofessional and just took my money for something I could have done(well technically I did do everything expect send the damn thing to the lab for testing) Who knows if I will even get there at this point. dont waste your time and money here. Surely hope whoever I saw is not a Doctor. The lady was horrible and didnt even properly examine me to rule out any possibilities.
