        Scheduled my appointment and day and time of appointment they say insurance was not accepted. No call. No voicemail. Terrible communication and customer service. No cars in the parking lot and now I know why. Find another provider.

        So pleased with the level of service I get here. Called to request my records be sent to three other doctors and to also order contacts. Makenzie took such great care of me. Didnt rush me when I couldnt remember one doctors name and was so courteous and patient. She was thorough - taking time to make sure she had the correct doctors/locations. Them when I ordered contacts, she not only made sure I got the best possible price based on my insurance, but found a rebate that saved me $150! What a gem. I always get great service here but today really set that in stone. Thank you Makenzie. I hope someone buys your lunch today (hint hint!!)

We are a family, privately owned, optometric practice performing eye exams, contact evaluations/fittings including difficult and specialty lenses, treat eye injuries, infections and co-manage surgeries and eye disease like cataracts, manage diaebtic eye health, macular degeneration and LASIK, treat and follow eye diseases like glaucoma and dry eyes. We also have a full service optical and in house lab for same day lenses if we have your lenses in stock.

Since our power was out for the past 2 days due to the recent storms, we were unable to confirm and communicate with our patients the way we normally do in order to address issues like incorrectly provided or out of network insurance plans.
