        I had an appointment coming up, and the receptionist (Allison) cancelled without calling my doctor for more information. She was so unprofessional blaming the new person, and never tried to contact my doctor. Went in later that week, and Ms. Adriana was so professional. Dr. Banks was again amazing in treating me with the right antibiotic. She even listen to how I was explaining the pain I was having.

        They are amazing in their follow-up, and make all the notifications necessary. I'm really impressed and hopeful that they will find the correct medication to cure my infection.
