How is this place still running!!!! They do not have the patients health in their best interest and the call taker is rude and has a care less attitude. Called for my husbands medicine he has needed for past two days and now he is out they tell us we should have called sooner I told them kroger has called requesting a prescription refill several times and they said we dont have record of it I call Kroger and they give me the exact dates they have requested it from them. This is all coming from the call taker on southland drive. So my husband has to go to the office downtown in order to get his Medicine called in. She lied on so many levels about having to wait 72,hours to get refills, that there were no doctors in the offices today they were all in a meeting and that Krogers never contacted them! I hope no one depends on them to get back to them cause she told us that yesterday and it never happened!

Front desk staff is really unpleasant to deal with. Rude and abrasive. Also, the mask mandates are long over so stop forcing people to wear them. It's over, move on. Dr. Watson is awesome, very friendly, thorough and attentive. That is the only good thing I have to say about HFBG.

Had Dr. Thom for years, she was great. Then she went to behavioral department. I've had two replacements during the past two years. Was called yesterday and was told care person was no longer there and I they would get back to me when they hire someone to take over the practice.
