This company gets zero stars! I only gave it one so that I could make this post! The young boy that was representing this company was extremely disrespectful when asked if he could move his truck that was blocking an entire street! The response he gave when I politely asked him to move, was this street goes around! I was so stunned from such a disrespectful answer, I almost couldnt respond! You think since this young boy was representing a company he might have thought twice before responding, but no. He continued to be cocky and said that I could squeeze through a small opening that 2 small cars decided to go ahead and go through. Directly across from the boys truck was a trailer with a bob cat on it. I was not going to risk damaging my suv because this young boy felt the need to try and intimidate me into squeezing through. The other cars decided to give in and go through, I decided to call the police. By the time an officer was in route the young boy had left. Moral of the story, TERRIBLE representation can ruin a companys name, and unfortunate for this company this is what has happened today. I could tell the young boy didnt have any home training, because he would have been more respectful and thought more about his words before he spoke. Im sure he wouldnt want anyone to have treated his mother or sister or grandmother the way he did me. I didnt appreciate it and more importantly I did not deserve being disrespected at all! I hope this is reviewed and read by someone who can help to educate this young man on what quality customer service means when you work with being out around the public and represent a company. Everyone deserves a grace pass yes, this young man here needs a double dose!

Call back three times saying they would come and look at my leaking pond to give a quote. Never called again nor showed up. Last call a month ago.
