I was waiting for your "review" Mr. Smith. My father may have made your engagement ring 30 years ago, but you have not been our "customer" for 30 years. I only met you today and I only met your wife Holly, a month ago. Most of what you stated is either untrue or misunderstood, by you.My father still works here in our store. In fact, he was in the shop today when you came in. You could've asked for him. Walter initially took in the custom job for your wife. After presenting his first model for Holly to see, it wasn't to her liking. He then asked me to take over the job. Holly proceeded to call weekly asking how the job was coming. Yes, I initiated the "text stream." I informed her that, when I had something to show her, I would call her/send pics.Fast forward to this week when I get a text before 8:00 A.M., from Holly. Again, asking about the progress of her custom job. I texted her back once I got to work. I did not appreciate her texting me BEFORE office hours. Also, that by calling us or texting me weekly "checking" on the custom job, doesn't make us work any faster!I then suggested she could pick up her items and take it to another jeweler. If you had read my text, you'd know that. It's almost word-for-word what I texted.We have a door locking SECURITY system. Incase you forgot, we did have to let you in the store. Upon leaving, you had to press a button to EXIT - no one locked you in. We hope someone can accommodate her timeline! My mother only took photos of the diamonds & gold items to protect ourselves, in this situation. We did not want any conflict.
