Dr Richard is the best . His staff is rude and hung up on me . Need to get better office help Think only one person answers the phone .

Even though you sometimes have to wait a while, I still give Dr Richard and his staff, especially the lady at the front desk, 5 stars!! If you want your healthcare provider to spend less time with you than it takes to write a prescription, you need to go somewhere else.. Dr. Richard is one of a very few who will actually take the time with you to explain and answer any of your questions thoroughly. It's just to bad that there are fewer and fewer Drs like him!!! He sets the bar high, as it should when you're dealing with peoples lives...

I have to give John Richard 0/10. Im unable to even call him a doctor, simply because of the malpractice of this office. My grandmother became an addict at the hand of this man. She went years without seeing him face to face. Shed call, speak to him about a tiny problem, and a script would be sent to the pharmacy. She was neglected by her physician & was not given proper care he should truly be ashamed. I will go as far as to say within the past 12 months, prior to her passing, he did her urine test so she could get her pain medicine. I have a lot to say, a lot to do, and my rage is just beginning. John Richard - you shouldnt be able to fall asleep at night with the guilt I know your heart holds.

Dr. Richard is the best doctor Ive ever seen. He listens to what you have to say. He makes you feel like your not just a patient but a friend. I would highly recommend Bluegrass Extended Care, Dr. Richard, and his staff.
