    Avoid Allstate *Update*Update*Update*aren't you the insurance agent? I don't pride myself on needing to file claims. So why would I even know where to start? After all I PAY YOU. Call me a dumdum fine. Show your potential future clients you are the right choice for them *Update*Update* lessons hopefully learned, don't delete comments, it looks bad, don't blaim claims department be an advocate for you clients, don't just collect your fee and blame claims if you don't know how to to get the stuff done learn it,, be a rockin agent, y'all kept us floundering from June til October, didn't keep track or up with us or keep stuff moving, To the people, what we learned. Agents suck. If forbid you get in a accident you are on your own. Do your homework. We did leave allstate, comes to find out, most expensive insurance + least customer service=bummer to us. *Update* oh no sir, this wasn't a repair it was totalled, and contraire, my husband's name is Terry King , has in fact spoke to Bryon himself right after the accident and was redirected to another number, and another occurrence to find out what the delay was about. We have both messaged back and forth with you and a guy called Nick. It was yoor job to advise us to as what we were supposed to do. Not flounder on this for 4 months. I have a lot of email receipts with your name on it. I just read back. Declaration pages sent initially didn't even have totalled car on it. There are 5 back and forth s for this. My address is still wrong on stuff, after numerous changes. We have lived here for 3 years now We don't need anymore of your help. After talking to our car loan company about getting the bad marks removed from our credit report, after explaining my situation, she told me she was a agent in the past and I was educated, and I realized I needed to find a different agent. So bye Felicia. Dropped the ball! Had a accident in June, "WE" were still figuring out how to settle this in October, finally settled in November. We had no idea what we were doing, we had found assignments on our own, had to get paperwork on our own, I'm not sure what insurance is supposed to be but overnighting my own stuff didn't feel right. It took 3 attempts just to get the numbers corrected. When I would ask for a declaration page for gap they didn't know what I was talking about. Then when I got it the numbers weren't correct. Freaking mess, took way to long, then I had bad marks on my credit. We had no support and had to fix this too.

Update*Update*Update: I see you have made 137 online reviews! Wow and congrats! I wish I had that kind of time! Also you don't know me but I will always stand up for Allstate, my team, myself and the truth! That's what I am doing now and I assume anyone who wants to deal with us would appreciate that!! I formally ask you now to stop slandering me and my business!!! I have great people who work for me and your inaccurate posts hurt them as well!!! Please stop!!!! Update*Update: Lesson Learned: I will avoid dealing with people who have no clue on basic insurance process then blame others for their car loan issue even though Allstate paid them way back in the summer. Some people just cant take accountability! I really wish I could have helped you enough but I doubt that was even possible. You know more than me so congrats and good luck with your new company!! Update: yes I speak to a lot of people and I now remember speaking to your Husband after the accident and I told him the same thing I tell all my Clients. I told him Allstate keeps me out of claims. I wish they didn’t. I have no say and have very limited info available to me because of their policy regarding claims but I am willing to try and help. I can call and check on claims and despite you getting email updates or whatever that corporate sends with my name on it I have not had more communications with either of you. I am sorry you feel this way because we try our best but we just didn’t have the ability to do whatever you were wanting me to do. Merry Christmas!! Monica this is a rating of my Office not claims! I have never spoken to you personally about this issue!!! Why? I am sorry you had a difficult time with their process but I sure would have loved to help! If you asked about your Dec pages obviously that would have been very easy for us to get you. Also all companies work in the same way. They do not manage your repairs and it’s your choice who you use to fix your car. We do not control how long a repair shop takes to complete repairs. So if you want help going forward please give me a call despite this inaccurate review!!
