I literally call regarding my claim and I am being told lies upon lies on a recorded line. Ive even gotten callbacks who ask me if its okay that the line is recorded for them to lie on the line. I will be seeking legal action against MetLife due to the lack of integrity and honesty of its core values and employees. I have been shown no empathy from any of its employees or organization. I will highly not recommend this company and will be also writing to the BBB. Ive spoken to Tammy Moore who is supposedly a case manager.(Terrible liar) Heleen Bradford who is Tammys Unit Leader (liar). Dwayne who is also a case manager under Heleen Bradford (Also a Liar). Also a host of regular CSR whose names I have documented and will use against them in my suit. Just disgusting

If I could give a one star I would! They have been the most difficult, uncaring, lazy company I have ever worked with . We will be filing a BBB complaint against this company !!! Go somewhere else if you need anything!!!!!
