Been paying our premium faithfully. Had an issue with our home and when we called I was upset, no plumbing in a house with 7 people.The owner (who I found out was the owner later) answered me and not only tried to cut me off several times while I was explaining but also hung up on me. His wife called back and said she would file said claim. My issues..I am calling my insurance company. That call is never usually one done without some stress-related issues. So I never fully get out exactly how Im feeling and what happened verses what we are insured for. He interrupted me. I say please don't interrupted me. I continue to talk he is talking over me as I'm explaining. So as I am getting even more upset and he tells me to hush or be quite or wait or something condescending like that. And I said what we are not going to do is talk over me and say condescending things. This man who has no problem taking my money, has issue now with me asking to be spoken to better. He hung up. No hey I'm not going to speak to you, no hey ma'am I'm hanging up nothing. His wife calls back as I'm in full anxiety mode and my PTSD kicked up and I started having a panic attack. She says she will file the claim. I'm horribly disappointed with this company. You never know what someone else is going thru. Or how your attitude or tone of voice could dramatically alter a conversation. It's takes 0 dollars to listen. It cost 0 dollars to be a good human being. I got neither from the owner of this company. If you think your insurance issue might have you stressed a little I would highly suggest a nicer and more empathic carrier. This at it.

I've been with Strong insurance for over 5 years and have ALWAYS been impressed with their responsiveness and quality customer service!

They were very quick to help me with a surety bond and I had It before the day was out. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
