I had very high hopes for this business relationship. However, we had a very disappointing experience with Maddie Stiles. In the beginning all was well but underwriting came back, after selling us four policies, and claimed to not have knowledge of an accident that happened in 2021, more than a year ago. I received bills for additional premiums and naturally I called Maddie. She didnt get back to me like she said she would do after looking into it. When I contacted her again she told me there was a mistake and that she had taken care of it. Additional bills kept coming for this premium that Maddie said was a mistake. I was fearful our coverage would be dropped so I called the 1-800 number and was told that it was in fact not a mistake at all! Maddie avoided my calls, emails, texts, etc. and provided very poor communication after there was a huge known issue. I finally got to speak to Maddie to tell her why I would be shopping for new insurance and didnt get the apology I thought I would. Not so much for what underwriting had to do, but for her giving me false information. Ive found new coverage and emailed her to cancel our policies. After two days she still didnt respond so once again I called the 1-800 number to cancel all four of our policies. Sadly she wasnt professional enough to respond until I sent her a second email asking her to acknowledge my request. I expected much better communication and definitely truthful information.

Maddie will work with you anyway she can and get you the lowest rate possible. She is very easy to communicate with and will quickly take care of any problems you have.

Maddie is the most sweetest and hard working person I know. She has always been there for me when I needed her and will do her best to help you in any way she can. She goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her!
