      image Thoroughbred insured an apartment under the wrong address, was made aware of the problem yet never fixed it. After starting home owners at another location, I find out two weeks in that the policy was never instated. Better yet, when I called to ask about it, the agent tried to gaslight me even though I have documented proof of every conversation we have had.
      I urge you to find insurance elsewhere.

      We do apologize for the mistake on the address. We're all human and make mistakes. There was no gas lighting on our part. When we have customers communicating with us across multiple forms of communication between phone calls, emails, and texts it's hard to remember how a customer sent us something. I believe you're referring to me forgetting that you had texted payment info to me when were talking. Again, my mistake and I apologized multiple times for it on the phone and we tried to make things right. We try very hard to service our clients to the best of our ability and we're sorry that we screwed up on this one.
