In September of 2022 I was on 75 in Tennessee when I had a flat tire . I live in ky. I document everything..I called Triple AAA as I have been a member for years having paid for the highest membership with a battery etc ..I noted who I talked to. I provided my location...Mile marker etc .. was stranded for 3 and a half hours ..unacceptable..dangerous for a woman..no one came. Unacceptable. I continued to call back..documented who I talked to. A state Trooper named Adam Douglas came to my rescue. When I returned home that same day I called to make a complaint. I have the case no..I documented who I spoke to. I continued to call back with the case no and name of case mgr. To this day Noone has called..unacceptable ..however I have continued to receive correspondence to pay for my membership that I of course absolutely won't give another dime for.Dont throw your money away people....as a member for years. now former ...I will use every opportunity to expose this piss poor business...when I see theire rep on TV I am so so perturbed by her advising...Your agency is a sham. And if I get one more piece of correspondence soliciting my money.ill contact every local news station and do my own advising. Direct from the consumer..no star..if I could give zero stars i would
