We immediately submitted your cancelation, unfortunately these are not instantaneous and have to process through the system. Our agency works hard to make our customers happy but unfortunately in this industry, there are certain things out of our control.       image I've used Clint Conrad State Farm for years and never plan to leave them! I love that when I call the office I'm talking to people that I've talked to over and over again and they're the same people that I see when I go into the office. With some other companies you're not actually talking to somebody at the local office.
      They've got my business for life!
