Move on to a different care service. Meds were continually missed. Continually sent messages about issues, but NEVER received the first phone call from the administration to discuss ways to resolve the constant problems. Had several obnoxious employees. Constantly having new employees show up. Even had one that smelled of alcohol consumption. There are many choices of care services available. Find yourself a better one.

Homewell is an amazing company to work for Im going on 3 yrs with this company I absolutely love the people I work for and with! Its a blessing to wake up every morning knowing Im able to be a blessing to someone else. All the staff in the office and out in the field are phenomenal!!!

They dont get back to their employees. I was in the beginning process of getting hired; all of my paperwork was finished. However, I called their office during normal business hours and they did not get back to me. So I left voicemail. The next day they dont call me, so I call them. Nothing. Then the office has the audacity to hit me up with a quick text oh im in a zoom meeting ill get back to you shortly. Hours later and the office is closed, nothing. Im still waiting for their phone call. I was hired here two weeks ago. Absolutely ridiculous how no one can get back to you when you have someone on call for 24 hours.

Rhonda and team go above and beyond. Really appreciate their work and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Our family found HomeWell Care via referral and couldnt be more pleased. Both Rhonda and Rob were responsive to our initial calls, and met with us almost immediately. They were also able to bring in caregivers the same day. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
