      Hi Shanna , thank you for your feedback . We apologize you were not pleased with our services. However knotless braids are suppose to be a protective style to help grow your hair naturally if proper care is taken such as how long you leave your hair in and the method of taking your hair down. Please may I know how long you kept your hair in and how you took it down . Thanks Judy!
