Carly is amazing! I have been searching for years for someone that can do my hair. Ive had a lot of bad hair in my life. Ive finally found someone that I trust! Plus, she permed my fine, pin straight hair, and made it curly and voluminous!! Theres not many people that will perm a 27 year olds hair and not make it granny-style, but Carly did it! Highly recommend!!
