I sincerely appreciate everything that the employees at Head Shed do for me while I'm in their store. I primarily purchase Kratom from them for anxiety and they're always super helpful with helping me determine which strains are best for me.

Extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me a great deal today unprompted.
Personally, I did not like that they don't wear masks. The first thing that the very kind and professional gentleman running the store said to me when I arrived was an invitation to remove my mask unless I had a cough. I found this very off-putting, and I have it on good authority that they have been doing this for at least 9 months. There's no way to tell how many people, if any, have contracted COVID at this establishment, but even one would be a tragedy, especially if a simple piece of cloth could have prevented it. I can only hope that this was his choice and not something his employer is requiring of him, as he is the one put most at risk by this policy. I wish him well, but I will hesitate to patronize them again in the near future.
