Benjamin came out to our house to analyze settling issues that we have experienced for years. Then, Marco, Hector, and crew did an outstanding job stabilizing our crazy foundation: adding a perimeter beam, installing 5 columns and 5 piers, then replacing sub floor, adding a wall plate, replacing the back door, and laying a beautiful flooring. It is so nice being able to use our back exit (the door would not open) and close our master bath door! So grateful that we now have a stable safe master bed and bath with a solid foundation!

I was in the process of selling my home, and the buyers' home inspector found some significant defects in the foundation of a poorly built addition. I was referred to Benjamin at Genesis Contracting; he came out promptly to assess the situation and give me an estimate. The repairs were done professionally and completed in time for closing despite the bad weather and less than ideal working conditions for the crew. Benjamin and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with, and I can recommend them without reservation. Services: Exterior structural repairs, Masonry installation

I had Benjamin (owner) come out and help me with some issues where water was getting into my storage area. He subcontracted the job out and about half of it was done incorrectly (water barrier wasnt put up before the laid asphalt on the side of the structure). It took about a month of calls to get him to return one and he said he would make it right and that sounded fine to me. His employee came out for one day, broke up all the asphalt and laid a barrier but did not resurface so now I just have loose gravel where we know water collects. I have tried many times to contact Mr. Quail but he will not call me back. Its a shame I have to write this review because I would have much preferred to handle it directly but he will not give me the option. I would not suggest this business to anyone who values their money. Also, his business address is just a PO box at the UPS store so if he makes off with your money and screens your calls like he did to me, you wont have much recourse outside of legal action.
