Their furniture is nice but the customer service is poor. Very rude workers. I went to this location yesterday, found a couch we loved but still wanted to see one more that hadnt been built yet. Manager told us to come back today at 1 to check out the couch that they would build this morning. We arrived at 1 today and the manager let us know that couch was not available to be built. Which was more than okay since we decided on we were going to go with our first choice anyways with the couch we found yesterday. We were shopping around the store and found another lounger and a rug we were going to get with the couch. It was busy inside and the employees were busy so we decided to go hang out over by the couch we had picked out until someone was available. A little boy who works there came over to us and let us know very rudely, that we needed to get out of his way because he had all the stuff around us laid out as he was building more furniture and he cant work while were over there. That right there made us immediately leave the store and not give them our business. I get that they need to have an area to build things clear. However, if you have a lot of customers in your store, the employees need to understand that the customers will be going around their building areas and not to be rude making someone get out of your way. We ended up going around the corner to Lexington Overstock Warehouse, which had MUCH better options, was able to find everything we needed, sectional, lounger, an awesome coffee table, a side table, and 2 lamps, and delivery all for $2,430.58! OH and all awesome VERY nice employees! Lexington Overstock Warehouse is really the place to go check out!
