I've always had good sales service from Paul Miller Ford which led my wife & I to buy more than 3 vehicles from them & always thought we got great service from them also for over 15 yrs until I took my F150 STX in for engine & transmission problems that I was having under 60,000 miles, that was still under warranty ! Was told nothing was wrong & they did a tsb on my truck , which they installed a longer dip stick! Now my truck is in another shop & needs a new engine, plus new transmission! Piston ring was broken off in cylinder 4, metal in engine, & transmission was slipping, skipping gears, plus shifting really hard. Cdf slipped & messed up rest of transmission. Now I'm looking at $18,000 to fix.. I will not buy or recommend Paul Miller Ford ever again, because they didn't want to repair my truck under warranty! Now I'm having to spend over $18,000 for the motor & transmission while still paying for truck! Thank you Paul Miller Ford & JP Miller
