I have had great experience with Longwood when my clients are looking for products that surpass "good enough". They have been easy to work with and have worked with me.

Everything started great with this company. They came out right away, had me to their lot to see the operation and make wood choices. Estimate was well over $50,000 and I paid the deposit. Then, the disappointment started. The wood was late being delivered and when it was, there wasn't enough to do ¼ of the job. My salesman, Tim, came out to measure again and still got it wrong. Everyday he said they'd deliver, it was going to be the next day. I even offered to pick some of it up. When my rep arrived at the designated time, he was told it was in Tennessee. They were to send a big crew to install. Turned out to be a crew of 2.  Only 1 the next day. So I hired another company to come in and finish the job. No big deal. But the cherry on the top of this manure sundae was when I spoke to Tim and told him that he wasn't coming through on his promises, he had the bad judgement to yell at me through the phone that they were doing everything they can to "deliver me a good product."  He stopped yelling when I told him that his product is great. His measuring, delivery and final execution is unacceptable. So, good product, but very inadequate execution. I paid my balance and didn't even get a Christmas card.
