Called and was told they had the mini excavator I needed so I drove right over to be told the 2 they had were not available. They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. No wonder they have low review rating

Keep charging a costumers credit for some reason. Horrible people don't trust them with a credit card number.

Rented a 40 extension ladder and release the lock on the flippers. Pulled and and even pushed and we could not get it to go up. Took the ladder back the next day let two counter employees that there was an issue and let the next person who rented to be aware. No refund or apologizes and they never said a word. Nicholasville KY store.
