Id give this place 0 stars if I could. If youre referred here please save yourself the time and effort and tell your doctor to refer you elsewhere. Id honestly think youre more likely to win the lottery than for them to pick up their phone. My partner has been on a waiting list for a year with a tooth that needs removed and causes frequent nerve pain. The UK health app said his appointment was just an evaluation and not actually getting the tooth removed even though the dentist who referred him said it definitely needs removed no doubt. So we tried calling. Weeks before. Waited on the line until we were disconnected. No pick up. Inbox is full probably because they dont bother to listen to their messages. Tried multiple different numbers that all led to the same issue. So we ended up going all the way there, getting lost in the hospital because the directions were not clear, an hour late to his appointment, JUST to reschedule. Today was his rescheduled appointment which we need to cancel for personal reasons, and guess what? They didnt pick up. Shocker! He also tried cancelling in the UK health app, and got a pop up saying he needed to call to cancel or reschedule. The only good thing about this place is the kind lady who directed us to the check-in desk, most helpful person there. Absolute garbage facility. Do better.

No one ever picks up the phone and you get disconnected before you can even get ahold of anyone not good customer service will not go here to save my life because if you are dying you would prob die before someone picked up the phone.

Dr. Dominguez did amazing with my Wisdom tooth extraction! Highly recommend her to anyone who has a fear of anything dental related like I did. Shes by far the most caring provider Ive ever had.

UK Turfland - Markey Cancer Center is at a GREAT location!! The new location makes visiting much less of a hassle than Rose St location. Staff are wonderful. Never have to wait long for your appt. Dr Wm Camp is my oncogist. Dr Camp makes your visit with him like visiting a friend. He is very compassionate abt your care... Yet very straight to the point of what you need. Highly recommend Markey Cancer Center!!

I had 2 wisdom teeth surgically cut out and a molar extracted, was put to sleep. I was in so much pain after this procedure, and was only giver the very lowest dose of hydrocodone, for only 3 days. I went to call on the third day because I was hurting so badly I was in tears, they told me just to take Tylenol, which I was already doing. I guess its partly my fault for not doing my research and making sure certain doctors offices treats their patients pain properly, but this just really dumbfounded me. So with that being said, I would not recommend anyone to get any sort of procedure done here, unless you can handle pain.
