All doctor's offices could learn a lot from Dr. Conrads office and staff members. Every member of their staff is kind, compassionate, caring and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Your not just a number to them. They talk to you not at you. They always make sure before you leave all your questions are answered ,even ones you forgot to ask. They really do recovery differently!
