Dr Cooper and his staff are amazing! They drilled on my tooth and I had no pain. They are true professionals.

My 78 yo mother is in a wheelchair. I made an appointment for her and stated to them that she was in rehab as she doesn't live in Lexington. We arrived to their office and there is no handicap parking. I got her out of the vehicle and realized that their office is located on the 2nd floor. The stair well has 3 steps, a landing and then a stairway up to the 2nd floor. I called their office to ask if they had another entrance to which I was told they did not, but had a stair lift. I explained that I couldn't lift my mother up 3 stairs then into a stairlift. The dentist and another woman came down and said they'd lift her but she didn't feel safe to do so, and neither did l. I won't go into details of the fact that you can't take a patient upstairs in an electric stairlift and not have an exit available for them in case of loss of power/fire.... I drove more than an hour to pick her up and take her in. She had to get up early and get ready, etc. This place has been reported to the ADA and will be reported to the Lexington Fire Marshall, as well as to the OIG.

From the front office to both hygienists to Dr. Cooper there is always 100% perfection. My husband and I go together and love this entire office!
