        Refuses to do a simple cleaning for an established patient unless you also submit to (and pay for) a full set of X rays. If you want a voice in your treatment plan, look elsewhere.

        I am here from Pennsylvania to take care if my Mother and had a couple of bad teeth that couldn't wait til I returned home. Dr. Kemper took me right in the very next day. Dr. Kemper, her staff including her receptionist Amy treated me with such respect and dignity. I am a Total Coward when it comes to going to the dentist and they took such good care of me. I appreciated the fact that they didn't treat me like I was a big baby. They understood my fear and treated me so well. Thank you ALL. Tina

        I love Dr. Kemper. She took great care of my family and me. I was told I needed 4 crowns which I did not want. She worked very hard to find a way to fill my teeth and save them. Cannot say enough good things about her.
