Won't even accept refunds and they try to say there's something wrong with your credit card so they can try and put your own money on their trash gift cards, not to mention the women working there are hideous.

Five stars, cinco estrellas! Tori - Remember that middle-aged lady that came in and needed help with everything? Every recommendation from foundation, blush, lip, eyeshadow, cleanser and more was a hit. I've dreaded makeup and shopping at Ulta but you made that evening a five-star experience for me and my husband said, "Hey, you look glowy." He's a Marine - and he said, "Glowy!" I'm excited to speak at my conference now because not only do I own the topic - I glow. Thanks for the great experience, customer service and knowledge of your store and products.

Made a $40 order online, when I tried to return in store, their card reader wouldn't accept my card. I've called my bank and was told there was no issue with my card and it was Ultas card reader that was the problem. The last time it happened I was issued a refund on a different card. This time around however, Elizabeth refused to issue me a full refund to a different card despite me having the receipt and products. I think it's really wicked to refuse a full refund to someone when it's your system that's not accepting their perfectly fine card. It didn't help that I had received terrible service from the bigger girl with colored hair who I believe is named Abi. She was not helpful and she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. I also had the displeasure of dealing with Karisa. A lot of the women working there are very unpleasant and repulsing both physically and personality wise. I will not be shopping at this terrible store anymore. Back to Sephora I go!
