Mike and his team were the clear choice for communication, quality, and dedication to the home building process. Many of our friends told us when they learned we were building a home that it would be a difficult process and we had the opposite experience with Mike Kerwin Homes. It was a true pleasure from start to finish and if we ever build another home, I would only make one call and that would be to Mike Kerwin! We built with Kerwin Homes in 2008, and when it was time to downsize and build again we only made one phone call. After working with them twice, I would not hesitate to do it again. The realtor who sold our previous home told us that it being built by Kerwin Homes was a selling point due to his reputation for quality. One of the most important things for me was that every subcontractor had worked for them for a substantial amount of time--they don't just use the cheapest bid. Overall, I could not be happier with our home(s), the time frame it took to build and the beauty and quality of the work.

Mike Kerwin Homes built our home in Andover Forest (Lexington, KY). Fantastic builder! Terrific, professional process and communication. Listens to the customer and builds with the customer in mind. We have built 7 homes. Mike Kerwin Homes is a 10-Star on a 5-Star scale. If you know what you want and what features you desire in a home, just communicate this with the Kerwin Team early in the process. They will also guide you and recommend the different types of materials, fixtures, and and other features that you may not know existed for your consideration We cannot express our appreciation and satisfaction enough. Also, once closed, the Kerwin Team continues to follow-up with the homeowner to ensure they are satisfied, and will work with you if you need additional features added or anything else needed.
