BEWARE THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH"! They will try to not put all details into a signed contract so they can boost prices along the way. Will bid reasonably to get the work and then later (because they avoided putting all in writing) try to treat the bid/job like it was just an "estimate". He threatened legal action when I balked (he never followed through) and just paid the prior-agreed price. Beware these guys!

Wildcat did a fantastic job on a new deck for us this summer, so we hired them to pour a concrete walkway in our front yard. The pictures do not do justice to the horrible mess they made. Walkway was poorly constructed, patchy, and not at all anything we could leave alone. Refused to correct it, basically saying he didn't know what we wanted them to do. Had to hire another company to remove the whole thing and start over. We would have recommended them based on the deck, but not now. Awful customer experience.

Horrible person as well as horrible quality of work. He will cheat you every and anyway possible, whatever he quotes you you can count it being at least double.

Very unprofessional to say the very least. Disrespectful to women or anyone else that calls him out on his shoddy work. Should have taken 37 yds of concrete to pour driveway, only used 28! And still tried to bill for the 37? He also claims that you dont use rock under concrete, because the dirt is more stable?!! You, Mr. Jad, are a lying, chauvinistic, poor excuse for a human. On his website, you will see ( good ) reviews that he wrote himself. Calls himself a Christian, boy is he in for a surprise.
