      image Was told over phone they switched to one day wait for walk-in order pick up. Was not told about small window of time it would be available and after driving across town for one box of cups they refused to help me out. Looks like I will be using another company from now on.

      image After 15 years of being a customer I simply wanted to exchange two like products and they would not. I explained that the product I wanted to exchange will ruin on my shelves, the manager did not seem to care but explained the policy that he wrote did not allow him to make that exchange, after some minutes I gave up and wrote this review. Sorry to see good companies go bad.

      Hi Matt, unfortunately our return policy is very clear that we do not accept returns after 60 days unless the merchandise is defective.The items you wanted to return were purchased over 200 days ago which is significantly beyond our return window.
