We have been using ICS Janitoral for about 3 years now at our business and they have been nothing but professional. Great quality work and always very eager to go the extra mile if we need something worked on that is out of the ordinary. The company cleans for us weekly and has also done some deeper work on our carpets, hardwood and tile floors as well. They do excellent work! We were in the midst of COVID-19 and when it came time to reopen our store, we found that our cleaning company had absolutely destroyed our VCT tile floor. It wasnt getting cleaned well, it was constantly sticky. NOT what you want to see when you walk into a restaurant! We did such a good job cleaning and Ive always taken pride in our work, but I was ashamed and embarrassed about our floor. Then I gave Mr. Naylor a call when I searched for a new cleaning company. He came out to my store, gave me an estimate and was very professional. I took him up on his services- and I couldnt believe what happened next... ICS and Mr. Naylor were able to fix my floors! No more stickiness, no more black spots! It shined like it was brand new and this is a 30 year old floor! They also take care of my day to day cleaning and make sure Im clean and sanitized and most importantly- preventing COVID on our surfaces.
