        Had just purchased a new unlimited pass because I am an Uber in lexington but live in richmond today was the first day I was going to use it drove 35 miles to the location because it said it was open online and it wasn't even open and they didn't update the hours to say they would be closed for Easter making me waste my time gas and money for nothing and not even be able to use my unlimited pass I paid for to get my car cleaned before I go to work tonight

        They sold me a car wash plan and I was given a number to cancel. They will not answer the call and their mailbox is full. I dont know how Im going to get this taken care of.
