Paid in full, 3 weeks later still had not heard from my attorney, finally canceled their services amd they charged me over $600 for doing absolutely nothing

Scam!!!!!!! I signed up with them for 4 weeks never did they ever do one thing for my case didn't even get a call to start it but they took my payments..... so I canceled and then they said I wouldn't get a refund because they charge $200 to send a email im reporting them to the BARR association they need to be shut dowb

I have not once been able to talk to my actual lawyer. After making payments I had decided to wait and just pay my bills off myself. After reaching out I was told I would get a refund and to call a number. Well 5 days later Ive played phone tag and now that someone has finally answered they said they done so much work on my case that they cant refund any of my money. Mind you I was making payments so it isnt even filed until I pay it off and I havent reached out to my creditors to send them the info. But every time they open your case they charge you again. I would not recommend them. I do at this point feel that they have scammed me.

Called to get a online consultation and we did and decide to move forward with a chapter 7 bankruptcy but was makin payments. Put a deposit down of $100 and was told my attorney would called the next day.. which he didnt do we waited a few days and no call! So I called him or tried to get ahold of him and they gave me the run around about my case and he was just rude all around rude.. so we chose a different attorney and asked for our money back. Come to find out they said theyve done $206 worth of work for us I 1day and we dont get our money back. So I wouldnt recommend them to anyone because my new attorney says their scum and dont help people but theyll take your money
