Giving this branch a 5 because they are the only location that answers the phone, and are awesome at their jobs. Truist should teach all of their branches to be like this branch, ESPECIALLY the one in LEXINGTON SOUTH CAROLINA!

So the bank was great. The location downtown, if you don't know where to swing in you'll likely miss it bc it's nudged right in the middle of downtown.

I asked if they could stay open for 10 minutes longer so I could reset my pin, the guy said sure just come in the front on the phone. I was there at 4:59 but there was no parking so I had to go around. I walked in at 5:07 and they were all just talking with not a care in the world. Ive had so many problems with Truist. I cant wait to take my business elsewhere.
