Bought a car from Jorge, was old but he promised me it was a great car. Needless to say it was not a great car but I didn't know that going into it. First the battery was having issues, Countless leaks in coolant hoses + power steering + transmission, hoses had to be replaced, radiator sucked, and now the starter is having issues. He took advantage of my naivete regarding cars and I regret buying it. He's hard to get a hold of when you need him, and wasn't helpful when I told him about any of the immediate issues. Really screwed me over.

Jorge U. is very pleasant and friendly to work with when it comes to car mechanics and help with car problems and issues at Cetina Mechanics. He answers the phone right away, and if he's not available, he is able to accommodate around the business hours if meeting in person is required. He communicates about problems with specific car engines and transmissions, and his prices are very reasonable and consistent with the current market value for the parts and labor costs required to fix the car problems. Kayla helps with front desk assignments and is also really good at customer service.
