Would be 0 stars if possible, I'm not even sure where to start between the mold, the false charges and repairs that we incurred after move out (damages that were already there) the racoons, the flesh flies that come out from under the sink in the Spring, the Office Staff that is always on lunch break no matter the time of day, this place is a disaster and I'm surprised that we stuck it out for as long as we did here. Trying to preserve my rental record was not worth it because the people in the front office are not only incompetent but have the IQ of a toaster, and the maintenance guys have to be the laziest least professional people I've ever met in my entire life. We complained several times of having mold in our Bathroom, they came and "re-caulked it" (see pic below) I mean these people are characters, they hide in the Office all day because they know they're crooks. We moved into the apartment with the flooring peeling up that was "supposed to be on the Move In Sheet" a year later we're being charged 1300 dollars so that they can get new flooring from us, and the Move In Sheet has vanished. Stay as far away from this place as possible, this is worst than public housing.

Just horrible. A lot of the 5 stars are fake accounts. They gave me a black mold infested appartment that ended up getting condemned by code enforcement because I was gaslit by Terea and told it was just moisture, code enforcement said it was one of the worst cases of black mold. It was a blessing because we got a beautiful house in the end. BUT, my three year old daughter now has an ongoing health issue due to just a few months living in that disgusting place, bugs too.. just awful. Dont do it, even go spend an extra $100 or two and get a way better place. DONT please look at the bad reviews and take those to heart.

More focused on towing cars if they park in the wrong spot on accident without any warning then fixing the foundations of some of the buildings. And if they eventually get around to repairing any of the issues inside your apartment they do an absolutely terrible job. Never seen such lazy work.

This place is awful. I don't know why I kept renewing the lease. I guess I thought it couldn't get any worse, and moving is a hassle but boy I was wrong. Idk where to begin. There were rats, raccoons, mold, leaks, damaged floors. The pool hasn't been fixed in at least 2 years. The machines at the gym didn't work. Part of the ceiling fell on me and only then did they come repair it even though I had placed a maintenance call on that several times. My bathroom was in horrible shape and they had to fix it and took a lot longer her than expected. I asked what I needed to go to be able to shower since it's my only bathroom and they said use your sink to wash yourself hahaha like whaaat. I was without a kitchen sink for Xmas week. They said it was gonna be fixed 2 days after Xmas and guess how long it took? WEEKS without a kitchen sink. I actually moved out before my lease ended because it was uninhabitable. The dishwasher would break every other week. My AC closet or whatever is called, was leaking very bad. I would fill up a bucket of water every day and placed multiple reports but no one fixed it. They said it was fine. They replaced the flooring for my kitchen and bathroom and when my bedroom floor got soft and I notified them, they realized everything was in such bad shape that the best thing to do was to move me to another unit, that was more expensive. I ended up moving to a bigger unit since they were gonna charge me more anyway. They told me I was kind and understanding so in return, they gave me 100 bucks off HAHAHAHA. I literally had to move in 2 days and they gave me 100 dollars off and had to sleep in my living room hella crowded because they removed everything I had in my bedroom and moved it there. I will say they gave me a used washer and dryer that another tenant left behind so I was very happy about that! There was a Racoon underneath my bathtub not once but TWICE. Also a very bad rat infestation. They wouldn't do any about it or at least didn't tell me they were even though I asked for updates so I called the health department. The health department agent was horrified and ended up talking to my other neighbors because the building was horribly infested. I also heard gunshots at least once which is not managements fault but still. There were so many other incidents but i think that's enough for today. Management avoided me all the time and never called me back. Please get a luxury apartment because it's the same price as this complex. I also got charged a cleaning fee because I left a few furniture pieces there (and I paid the fee happily because I should not have done that and I take responsibility for my actions) but I emailed the manager and asked if she can get back to me becyid like to discuss the cleaning fee, simply because before I left my old things there, I was assured by maintenance that that wasn't a problem whatsoever and they will take them out to the dumpster and people do it all the time and after all I have been trough that's the least they can do, so I accepted. I wanted to inform her I was given false information so she could let her team know to not do it again. But even then I was ignored. So that was the last straw. I wasn't gonna write the review but considering how rude and negligent they are I figured I must warn other potential victims.
