No organization, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, I didn't like the first impression and thank God I didn't have to live there.

Let the renter beware that this leasing company does not maintain their units, has safety violations such as dryer ducts not being connected to the outside, and will not complete work orders in a timely manner. Theres a reason theyre cheap and thats because they do not care about their tenants. This review will be removed if maintenance requests are ever completed in a satisfactory manner and safety issues remedied.

I'm so happy to be a resident at caballo crossing anytime there's a problem with my apartment which there is never is I know that they would be right there to fix it anytime I need help pay my rent which I never do I know Angela b would be right there to fix it I've been resident here for 6 years and I love this place I'm now starting to get involved with the community programs I remember the first year I moved here I started a community garden not too many people getting involved but everybody was grabbing something from the garden I love you Caballo crossing and I hope you love me too
