When I first came to group's I was already in recovery but I had some personal problems like my apartment building burnt down my new girlfriend and I lost everything I'm not sure about anyone else but stress is one of my biggest triggers me myself am the next biggest trigger so I realized that if I didn't get help professional help to be exact relapse was just around the corner so to me groups was god sent I was just browsing Facebook one day and there it was an add for groups I immediately clicked the link gave a little information about myself and submitted it it wasn't long after that, that my phone started ringing there's this nice lady with a pleasant voice comforting I sent her a few screen shots and they scheduled my first appointment for the next day I've now been with group's going on a year now and they've not changed from the first time we spoke still a comforting, pleasant and always reassuring you they've always been interested in my progress and any concerns that I've had
