        Had a great experince with Shannon. Very honest and helpful person to deal with. I would highly reccomend him for any parts or services you need .Never met him personaly but he helped me out and saved me a bunch of money. All transactions I had with him were on the phone but he was very helpful,friendly and professional at the same time. Seems to me like would be a good place to do business with.

        Staff is very short when your trying to find out about products. Was Talking to Shanon about a mower, there were hours in between her response times, and when I asked to buy again she sold it to someone else after reading my messages. She was so short with me she wouldn't even give me the location of the store. I try to support my local business but not if they want to treat there customers like they don't need them.

      Hi Chaz, this is Shannon, and I am a male btw. This is my busiest time of year and I apologize that I cannot respond to messages immediately as I constantly have customers in my shop. As far as location, you can see that from the listing that was on marketplace. If you look back at your messages when you asked a time to meet I told you I would be open the following morning at 8:00 am. I’m sorry I couldn’t meet you after hours the previous afternoon but I had an outing with my family. I had another customer in my shop the next morning that wanted this mower before I heard back from you at noon. Again sorry, but with a business I have to go by first come first serve. I appreciate you staying local, there are a couple other businesses in town that may be able to accommodate you.
