Very disappointed in this establishment. I am not doubting any of the skill or education of the physicians here, but none of them listen to our concerns. We are dismissed, talked over, or outright ignored whenever we bring a concern about our one of our children. We have been dealing with one of the issues for almost a year now and we keep being actively dismissed whenever we bring it up. The physicians are great with my children for the most part. Their interactions with my children are not questioned by any means.

They need learn customer service. Our last visit the office staff were rude and inconsiderate. I love physicians but they need a new officer manager.

For almost a decade, my kiddos have been coming here. Its sometimes a bit of a wait but atleast I take comfort knowing they're being thorough with their patients. My kiddos being 8, 5, and 3, the staff and Drs have treated us with nothing but great care and respect. Any questions or concerns I have are addressed and handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my 4 children as well. Sometimes I have to wait a little but it's worth it for the care I receive. For those that complain, this office serves not only Grayson County but the surrounding counties as well so if you have a problem getting an appointment, imagine how many other people are trying to get an appointment as well. These providers also have to go over to the hospital next door to take care of patients over there. No wonder they run behind sometimes, they do a lot. I saw one of the other reviews about being late, well if you don't want your appointment canceled, don't be that late. Just show up on time. Being late only puts the doctor you are supposed to see that much more behind. Yea, stuff happens, but to say you are going to purposely show up 19 minutes late is just wrong and selfish. Other children are trying to be seen too ya know? Anyways, love this place and the employees. They always make me feel welcome and like they truly care about my children.
