We bring all of our vehicles here because of the great service. All of ours experiences have been great. We drive foreign vehicles and they are the only shop in town who has the tools and knowledge to work on our cars. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is a joke I had my car there n they messed it up. I took it back to get them to fix it n they told me I owed one hundred n some dollars to fix their mess up. Not happening. I'll never spend a another dollar there. Since it changed owners it has went to pot. I would suggest u reconsider before taking ur vehicle there. I was stranded for almost 2 hours n had to call some one to temporarily fix it but in mean time it happened again n I was once again stranded on side of 127 past BG parkway. I'm over 69 years old I do not need this stuff. Never will I go back

On our way from Illinois to vacation in Florida we wanted to stop in Lawrenceburg to visit one of the Distilleries on the Bourbon trail. I noticed a loud rumbling noise when we pulled into the motel in Lawrenceburg. Thinking I needed a new exhaust I asked the hotel receptionist if they recommended anywhere I could take my car. They recommended Shawn's now called Unbridled Auto Service. I called Unbridled at 7:45 the next morning ( they officially open at 8) and Josh the new owner cheerfully answered. I told him what my dilemma was ..being out of town with a car needing a repair and on a timeline. He told me to bring it in and he could look at it right away. Within 20 minutes of me bringing the car in, Josh's team had gotten my car up on the rack, able to give me the diagnosis, price, and said he would need it for about 2.5 hours. I told him my wife and I had purchased two 10:00 am tours at the local distillery and I needed to get back to the hotel. Josh drove me back to the hotel, the hotel ( Best Western... they were great also!) arranged a free ride to the distillery plus gave us a later checkout time knowing our car was being repaired. At the end of our distillery tour... around 11:30 am I received a text from Josh that the car was ready. I told Josh that we were trying to figure out a way to get to his garage from the distillery and he said he would come get us! Thanks to Josh and his team, plus the great hospitality of the Best Western, we were able to get our repaired car and were able to continue on our journey South without any great delay.... for less than $150! I strongly recommend using Unbridled for all your automotive needs... you have a friendly, caring new owner, who is very reasonable in his pricing, and very much wants to serve your community! Thanks for the Kentucky hospitality Josh!
