        Very happy with Peoples Choice. . No rate increase when they took over from Rocket Storage. Debra the manager was very sweet and helpful in finding a different space, less expensive more useful for us and also honors veterans with discount on monthly rent. She gave me the time I needed to get moved and checked on my well being while I was there. I like the clean and safe environment.

        The storage unit I am renting was Rocket Storage. Rocket was great. People's Choice storage took over and they raised my rates, my automatic payments were stopped and they are saying I'm late. I've requested to speak with management, specifically a "Shay" lady and I have not received a call back or email addressing my problem. Many people have already left and I can only assume for the same reasons. I am also leaving due to them not responding and it has been over a week and a half. People's Choice sucks.

      Hello Katie, Peoples Choice Storage took over ownership on April 14th 2023. We have not issued any rental rate increases for any customers. There was a sales tax posted to tenants account with self-storage units by technical error and has since been credited to the tenants account to make up for the tax charge. We attempted to reach out to you today and left you a voicemail.
