This place is brand new. I would have thought it would have been best. 15 minutes wait inside to receive cold food. I don't complain I just don't go back. You might as well drive to the one in LaGrange at least the food will be better

Why is this McDonalds exceptionally worse than the ones in LaGrange/Pendleton, which I've never never had issue with?
Don't they have the same owner?
Ordered my son a cheeseBURGER, got home and it was cheese & bread (no burger at all!) and the rest of the food was barely warm, not even the cheese looked even a tiny bit melted and the fries had to of been sitting out for a while.
Every other time we've gone they make us pull into parking spots meant for dine-in customers (for their drive thru "time" score), with at least 5 other cars in spaces before us...then, it's Wait. Wait. Wait.
Awful way to attract returning customers, great way to "appear" to have good times for corporate.
Next time my kiddos want take-out, it won't be from this McDonalds, for any foreseeable future.

I used the mobile app to place an order here as I was approaching the store. As soon as I placed it the app sent me to another location which I thought was weird because I made sure I had the right store when I placed the order. Then of course the order cant be canceled without calling the store. Not wanting to drive to another location I just went ahead and ordered in the drive thru thats when I realized why the app did what it did. The app was obviously trying to save me from the total incompetence stemming from this McDonalds. I ordered 2 breakfast meals, thats itno special requests, nothing that would have required any extra time or effort. As soon as I got to the second window Im handed my drinks and the employee tries to find a spot to tell me to pull into which was almost impossible due to all of the vehicles that were parked waiting for their orders. Exactly sixteen minutes later an employee brings out my order which contained two breakfast sandwiches and only one hash brown. Once I realized I had been bamboozled the employee had disappeared without a trace. Now I have to exit my car and go inside where a poor little old lady is holding up her receipt from thirty minutes prior and she had still not received her food. DO NOT go to this McDonaldstake the extra time and drive a little further down the road, you will save yourself a lot of time and hassle.
