        I am very disappointed in this company they send out a Tech to trade cpap card out but they didn't even have a card in the machine to start then they mail me a card that I changed out and sent back they drop me as a patient because I am noncompliant. They charge insurance enough for the equipment they should treat people like human beings I have worked at a DME company I know how this works useless techs not doing their jobs and the customer suffers
