Villages of Independence Apartment Homes

Good Afternoon and wanted to post a review concerning the Villages of Independence and Stacy who is the manager. We started looking for a place back on October before Stacy was the manager here. She ended up getting all the information we had provided plus got everything from the manager before and made the move here so easy. We moved in on January 16th and she has provided wonderful customer service by answering every question and concern we had in a very timely manner. If anyone is looking for a townhouse in the Independence she will do a wonderful job.

What is not to love. Within minutes of everything you need and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is everything that we were looking for. Modern, one story living with a 2 car garage gives you the best of a home without a mortgage. Jennifer who recently left to manage another village community was friendly, quick to help or answer questions when needed. We miss her. Troy (onsite maintenance) is friendly, respectful and does a great job if anything needs a repair. Stacy who is the new manager is friendly and although I dont know her well yet, has been within the company for years. (That says a lot). The community is quiet but The Villages likes to do little things within it to show that they care for their tenants which has been fun to be a part of.

I love it here! The layout, space, aesthetics and location fit my needs perfectly. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. And Ive had wonderful experiences with the stafffrom Jennifer in the leasing office to Troy in maintenance. Jennifers kindness during a significant transitional period in my life will always mean a lot to me. And Troys friendliness helped me feel at ease as soon as I met him. Im grateful for The Villages of Independence and can envision myself living here for a long time.

We lived here for two years and had a great experience, Jennifer and Troy were pleasure to work with and their communication was always good. Jennifer was continually creating new opportunities to help bring the community together, it was very much appreciated. We only left due relocation back down south.

We have enjoyed living here since shortly after The Villages of Independence opened to us in 2016. We have had nothing but the best experiences with Resident Managers and Maintenance Managers. Our latest Team (Jennifer and Troy) just recently impressed us with how fast they responded to a maintenan ce request. (Troy) was here immediately and of course took care of our concerns as if they were his own personally. Jennifer has always taken the same kind of ownership and has always made us feel like more than just tenants. Thanks for all that you do!
